The word “ha” means Sun (clarity, power, light, masculine energy) the word “tha” means Moon (intuition, emotions, dark, feminine energy). Through the practice of “hatha” yoga, it can bring balance between the Sun and the Moon inside of you.
The hatha style of yoga represents the Earth element. A static practice of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises. This invigorating and grounding practice will build balance, strength, willpower, determination and confidence. It also helps to increase your awareness of breath and body.
Great for all levels, perfect for beginners. Space is limited.
