 Our last full moon of the year is in Cancer and it is giving us the opportunity to acknowledge the emotional sensitivity that we may be experiencing as the year ends. 

It is also the first full moon after the winter solstice and it is inviting us to listen to what our shadow has to share with us. 

 As we move into the season of rest we are reminded that we deserve to care for ourselves so that we may care for our loved ones. 

Let’s take this opportunity to align our energy with that of the Moon and gather together for a Reiki Meditation.
