This workshop is to remind ourselves that in order to love others or to receive love from others we deserve to love ourselves first!

We will be experiencing a meditation that will bring us closer to ourselves, remind us of how we can take care of our needs, and truly see the love that is within us waiting to be poured out for SELF.

We will then be doing a surprise self-love activity!
