This is to remind ourselves that in order to love others or to receive love from others we deserve to love ourselves first! Often we may be caught up in serving others and we forget to serve ourselves first. But if we attempt to serve from an empty cup we will keep taking from ourselves and we will stay empty.

We will be experiencing a meditation that will bring us closer to ourselves, remind us of how we can take care of our needs, and truly see the love that is within us waiting to be poured out for SELF.

We will then be doing a surprise self-love activity!
