This Full Moon in June is called the Strawberry Moon due to the berries ripening at this time of the year. 

It also means that this is the time when you can celebrate growth and connection, your body, food, pleasures of Mother Earth and all that she provides. It is the perfect opportunity to tune into and connect with your body, nature and all of life around you and to be embodied.

The full moon is in Sagittarius so you may feel that you may need to release and start over or easily adapt to the change and shift that is happening in your life that you have been putting so much energy and work towards. 

Ask yourself:

Am I clear on my intentions?

Am I acting in alignment with my own intentions?

Am I committed to the changes I have been making since the beginning of spring?

Am I feeling connected to my own ripening?

Am I allowing myself to receive pleasure from life?

How can I consciously choose to live in alignment with what feels good to me?

Is there anything that I deserve to release or start over in?
